Laser Resurfacing
Laser resurfacing is a process that removes layers of damaged or scarred skin while heating the deeper layer to produce collagen and makes the skin appear firmer, lighter and smoother. Laser resurfacing works by both ablative and non ablative means to revive the skin. A numbing cream is applied before the procedure to make the procedure painless.
If you have fine lines or wrinkles around your eyes or mouth or on your forehead, shallow scars from acne, dull lifeless skin and pigmentation or melasma then you may be a good candidate for laser skin resurfacing. It is all good for traumatic scars and stretch marks on skin.
You should discuss whether laser resurfacing is right for you or not by consulting with the doctor before having the procedure done.
Laser Toning
- This innovatory technology uses controlled, laser beam treatment at the appropriate depth in the dermis with no harm to the overlying epidermis or the outer skin. The reason for its exceptional popularity is its virtual painlessness; the procedure takes only 15-20 minutes to complete and has a zero recovery time. One can exhibit one’s effervescent and vibrant skin, without letting anyone know about the procedure one has undergone minutes before!
- Laser breaks down the stubborn melanin pigment cells and its dendrites which transfer the pigment cells thereby lightening pigmentation and melasma which was not responding to conventional usual treatment.
- It is reserved for patients with stubborn melasma not lightening with other procedures.
- Along with lightening melasma it also brightens up the skin, makes it smooth shiny and firm thereby refreshing your skin.
